referred as "Feiliks") was founded
in April, 1993 and formally launched business
in October, 1995, with a registered capital
of USD 167.1 million and more than 3000
employees now. As of the end of 2011, the
Company had a total asset of USD 1.241 billion
and an equity of RMB 871 million.
Over
ten years' development, Feiliks has developed
into a modern logistics service provider
focusing on integrated supply chain management
in the IT industry, formed an integrated
logistics system based on warehousing logistics,a
basic logistics system based on freight
agent, and developed and extendeda business
modelfeaturing linked development of specialized
logistics systemsbased on freight agent,
and developed and extended a business mode
featuring linked development of logistics
systems. Headquartered in Kunshan, Feiliks
has set up its subsidiariesin Shanghai,
Shenzhen, Nanjing, Chongqing, Chengdu, Hong
Kong, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Tianjin,
Huai'an, and Taicang, and an extensive overseas
agent network covering 36 countries and
regions in Asia, Europe, Americas and Oceania.
In
2001, the Company passed the ISO9001 (Edition
2000) International Quality System Certification
of BSI, an international authoritative certification
institution. In 2007, the Company passed
Grade A security certification (TAPA-FSR)
issued by SGS in the United States. In 2010,
the Company was awarded titles of "Leading
Enterprise of Transportation and Logistics
of Jiangsu Province " and "National
Leading Logistics Enterprise ".
